How much do my Shopify SEO consultation services cost?
Monthly retainers simply do not make sense as every month will never require the same amount of work, so instead I choose to charge by the hour. I currently have two pricing structures depending on whether you’re a business who wishes to work directly with me or you’re a marketing agency. For businesses, I charge £50 per hour (plus VAT) or £300 per day (plus VAT). Whereas for marketing agencies, I charge £400 per day – reflective of the additional hoops I have to jump through.
How is Shopify SEO different to regular SEO?
There are certain additional considerations when carrying SEO on a shopify site, firstly you are operating within the Shopify ecosystem, which often requires Shopify specific fixes which wouldn’t be present on other websites. Shopify also comes with core functionality which not a lot of sites utilise, getting the most out of the box from Shopify as opposed to other platforms or custom sites which have their own. Also making changes to the site aesthetics, content and key tags is different within Shopify, we can provide hands on support where we can log in and update the site or send over with guidance on what to change.
